six6x6 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to six6x6 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("you", "User"), and the operator of the six6x6 platform, governing your access to and use of the website located at https://six6x6.cam and all associated products, services and features offered through it.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through six6x6, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on six6x6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction if that minimum exceeds 18 years.
2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of any such person employed by or contracted to the Operator, its subsidiaries, affiliated entities, software providers or payment processors.
5. You must not have a pre-existing Account on the Platform that has been suspended, closed for cause, or otherwise restricted by the Operator.

Each User may only register and maintain a single Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.

KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any other point the Operator considers necessary — you will be required to complete KYC identity verification. Acceptable documentation typically includes:

• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)

Account Security

Deposits

The Operator does not guarantee that any specific payment method will be available at all times.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is specified in the Platform cashier for each available method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into your Account, unless the Operator expressly approves an alternative in writing.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be addressed in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before Real Money Balances generated from bonus activity can be withdrawn.
• Processing times vary by method, verification status and operator processing queue. The Operator does not guarantee a specific processing window.

The Operator reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal and to delay processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino game categories, crash games and other product types are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed wager except where expressly permitted by the rules for that specific market.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet where a system error, data feed failure, manifest pricing error or other technical issue has resulted in odds or outcomes being displayed incorrectly.
• In-play bets are placed at the risk of the User. Network latency, connection interruptions or device issues are the User's responsibility. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference from the Platform.
• The Platform covers Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports as listed in the sportsbook. Coverage and available markets may change at any time without prior notice.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available, in addition to the general provisions set out below.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a number of times (the "rollover multiple") before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiple is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum single bet or spin limit applies while Bonus Funds are active in your account. Breaching this limit may result in the bonus being voided. Illustrative limit: PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per bet/spin — actual limits are stated in each offer.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and other products may contribute a lesser percentage or not at all. Applicable contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Using fraudulent, stolen or misrepresented payment methods to make deposits.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.

All content on the six6x6 Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, data, logos, icons and trademarks — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without express written permission from the Operator.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used on the Platform.
• Use the six6x6 brand, logo or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Errors, interruptions, delays or unavailability of the Platform or any of its features.
• Losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect odds displayed due to technical or data-feed errors, where such bets have been voided in accordance with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any regulatory action, legal proceedings or financial consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Operator, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a mandatory cooling-off period applies before any upward revision takes effect.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited, subject to the Operator's review process and applicable regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed at the User's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via an approved payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform — for example, through an on-screen notification or an email to your registered address.
